Cancellation Policy
Salon Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We value your time and ours. To ensure we can accommodate all clients, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to all appointments:
* 48 to 24 hours before your appointment: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 30% charge of the booked service(s).
* Within 24 hours: Any cancellation or request to reschedule made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment—including by phone, voicemail, email, text message, or any other form of communication—will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).
* No-Shows: Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).
